A student who has started his education in an equivalent program either in the country or abroad may make an application for Undergraduate transfer. Before the term starts, admission of students are investigated taking conditions of each students and the degree applied into consideration and are evaluated privately. Students from abroad, who has come within a scope of specified limits of student exchange programs agreement approved by the university, can take courses given in English.
