- Maltepe Üniversitesi Meslek Yüksekokulu Bilgisayar Programcılığı programı, bilimsel yöntemler ışığında nitelikli, mesleki bilgi ve mesleki yabancı dil ile donanımlı, sorumluluk taşıyabilen, sorunlara kolayca çözüm üretebilen özgüveni tam, iş ahlakına sahip, değişimlere ve gelişmelere açık, sektörün ve toplumun ihtiyaç duyduğu kalitede eğitimli bireyleri yetiştirme amacını taşıyan bir programdır.

- Raising students having strong background in the issues of software, database management, graphic animation, internet programming, computer networks and who can implement them, defining the problems in the Computer Programming as algorithmically, generating effective solutions in the application areas, using the techniques and devices required for the Computer Programming applications effectively, making studies in the new technologies, having habit of life-long learning, following the developments in their fields and making contributions to them, establishing effective written and verbal communication, complying to the ethical values, taking individual responsibilities and being inclined to the teamwork.
