Sınavlar için gerekli notlar ve diğer istisnai koşullar Enstitü tarafından belirlenir ve ilan edilir. Yurtiçi veya dışında eşdeğer programda öğrenimine başlamış bir öğrenci yatay geçiş için başvuru yapabilir. Öğrencilerin kabulü dönem başlamadan, her bir öğrencinin şartları ve başvuru yaptığı derece dikkate alınarak incelenir ve özel olarak değerlendirilir.
