| Program Profili (Amaç) | Beden Eğitimi ve Spor tezli yüksek lisans programının amacı Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı’na bağlı özel ve resmi okullarının çeşitli kademesinde görev yapacak beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmenlerinin hem konu alan bilgisi hem de öğretmenlik alan bilgisi yönünden kendilerini bilimsel anlamda geliştirmelerine, alanında bilime ve topluma katkı sağlayacak yeni bilgiye ulaşmasına ve bunları geliştirmesine, alanın gerektirdiği düzeyde bilgi teknolojileri, teknik ekipman, alana özgü cihaz ve aletler hakkında bilgi sahibi olmasına, alanla ilgili teknolojik, sosyal ve kültürel yenilikleri takip etmesine, beden eğitimi ve spor alanıyla ilişkili edindiği uzmanlık düzeyindeki kuramsal ve uygulamalı bilgilerini kullanmasına ve ayrıca, beden eğitimi ve spor kültürünü her alanda geliştirebilmelerine yardımcı olmaktır. | |

| Ölçme ve Değerlendirme Yöntemleri | 1- Bir dersteki başarı durumu yarıyıl içinde yapılan ara sınavlar, uygulamalı çalışmalar ve ödev gibi çalışmalarda öğrencinin gösterdiği başarı ile yarıyıl sonu veya bütünleme sınavının birlikte değerlendirilmesi ile elde edilir. 2- Sınavların değerlendirilmesi, tam not olan 100 puan üzerinden yapılır. Sınavlarda, 100 üzerinden alınan puanlar aşağıdaki sınırlara göre nota çevrilir ve sınav sonuçları öğrenciye hem puan hem de not olarak bildirilir. Öğrencinin başarı notu, ara sınav puanının %40’ının, yarıyıl sonu veya bütünleme sınav puanının %60’ının toplanması ile hesaplanır. Öğrencilere duyurulmak üzere anabilim/anasanat dalı başkanlığına yazılı olarak bilgi vermek koşuluyla, öğrencinin yarıyıl içinde yapacağı çalışmalar, sınav yerine ve/veya sınavlarla birlikte değerlendirilebilir. Bir dersten başarılı olabilmek için; ders notunun yüksek lisansta en az CB olması gerekir. Seminer dersi ve tez çalışması kredisiz olup başarılı veya başarısız olarak değerlendirilir. Tezli yüksek lisans programı bir eğitim-öğretim dönemi 60 AKTS kredisinden az olmamak koşuluyla seminer dersi dahil en az sekiz ders ve tez çalışması olmak üzere toplam en az 120 AKTS kredisinden oluşur. Tezli yüksek lisans programında eğitim alan bir öğrenci, elde ettiği sonuçları senato tarafından belirlenen yazım kurallarına uygun biçimde yazar ve tezini jüri önünde sözlü olarak savunur. (2) Yüksek lisans tezinin savunmasından önce ve düzeltme verilen tezlerde ise düzeltme ile birlikte öğrenci tezini tamamlayarak danışmanına sunar. Danışman tezin savunulabilir olduğuna ilişkin görüşü ile birlikte tezi enstitüye teslim eder. Enstitü söz konusu teze ilişkin intihal yazılım programı raporunu alarak danışmana ve jüri üyelerine gönderir. Rapordaki verilerde gerçek bir intihalin tespiti halinde gerekçesi ile birlikte karar verilmek üzere tez enstitü yönetim kuruluna gönderilir. (3) Yüksek lisans tez jürisi, tez danışmanı ve ilgili enstitü anabilim/anasanat dalı başkanlığının önerisi ve enstitü yönetim kurulu onayı ile atanır. Jüri, biri öğrencinin tez danışmanı, en az biri de kendi yükseköğretim kurumu dışından olmak üzere üç veya beş öğretim üyesinden oluşur. Jürinin üç kişiden oluşması durumunda ikinci tez danışmanı jüri üyesi olamaz. (4) Tez çalışmasını tamamlayan öğrenci, tezin istenen sayıda nüshasını tez danışmanına teslim eder. Danışman, tezin yazım kurallarına uygunluğu yönünden yazılı olarak belirttiği görüşü ile tezin nüshalarını anabilim/anasanat/bilim/sanat dalı/program başkanlığı aracılığıyla ilgili enstitüye gönderir. (5) Jüri üyeleri, söz konusu tezin kendilerine teslim edildiği tarihten itibaren en geç bir ay içinde toplanarak öğrenciyi tez sınavına alır. Tez sınavı, tez çalışmasının sunulması ve bunu izleyen soru-cevap bölümünden oluşur. Tez sınavı, öğretim elemanları, lisansüstü öğrenciler ve alanın uzmanlarından oluşan dinleyicilerin katılımına açık ortamlarda gerçekleştirilir. (6) Tez sınavının tamamlanmasından sonra jüri tez hakkında salt çoğunlukla kabul, ret veya düzeltme kararı verir. Bu karar enstitü anabilim/anasanat dalı başkanlığınca tez sınavını izleyen üç gün içinde ilgili enstitüye tutanakla bildirilir. (7) Tezi başarısız bulunarak reddedilen öğrencinin yükseköğretim kurumu ile ilişiği kesilir. (8) Tezi hakkında düzeltme kararı verilen öğrenci en geç üç ay içinde düzeltmeleri yapılan tezi aynı jüri önünde yeniden savunur. | Kalite Güvencesi | Yükseköğretim programlarının niteliğinin gözetilmesi için;
1. Öğretim Programlarının Oluşturulması ve Onaylanması: 1.1. YÖK, yükseköğretim kurumlarında tezli yüksek lisans programlarının açılması için gerekli olan asgari standart ve ölçütleri YÖK belirler. 1.2. Yükseköğretim kurumlarında tezli yüksek lisans programlarının müfredatı ve her bir programın öğrenciye kazandıracağı öğrenme kazanımlarının neler olacağı, YÖK’ün bu konularda belirlediği temel ilkelere uygun olarak yükseköğretim kurumlarının senatoları tarafından belirlenir. 2. Ölçme-Değerlendirme: Her bir tezli yüksek lisans programının öğrenciye kazandıracağı öğrenme kazanımlarının ölçme ve değerlendirmesinin nasıl yapılacağı, YÖK’ün bu konularda belirlediği temel ilkelere uygun olarak yükseköğretim kurumları tarafından hazırlanan eğitim ve öğretim ve sınav yönetmeliğine göre yürütülür. 3. Belgelendirme: Tezli yüksek lisans programlarına kayıtlı öğrenciler, yükseköğretim kurumları tarafından belirlenen ders kredilerini ve diğer yükümlülükleri başarı ile tamamlamaları halinde; tezli yüksek lisans diploması alır. 4. Öz Değerlendirme-Dış Değerlendirme: Yükseköğretim kurumları, sürekli izleme bağlamında, her yılın başında bir önceki yıla ait “Kurum İç Değerlendirme Raporlarını” Yükseköğretim Kalite Kurulu (YÖKAK) tarafından hazırlanan Bilgi Sistemine girer. YÖKAK, yükseköğretim kurumlarının dış değerlendirmesine ilişkin hazırladığı “Kurumsal Geri Bildirim Raporu”nu kamuoyuyla paylaşılır. Ayrıca, YÖKAK tarafından yetkilendirilen veya tanınan akreditasyon kuruluşları tarafından verilen akreditasyon kararları da programların yeterliliklerinin kalite güvencesinin sağlandığını gösterir. | Giriş Şartı | Beden Eğitimi ve Spor Programı Sinop Üniversitesi Lisansüstü Eğitim ve Öğretim Yönetmeliğinin, Lisansüstü Eğitim ve Öğretim Usul ve Esaslarının öngördüğü ve Sinop Üniversitesi Senatosunun belirlediği koşullar doğrultusunda ilan başvuru tarihlerindeki koşullar çerçevesinde öğrenci kabulü yapmaktadır. a) Tezli yüksek lisans programlarında adayın başvurduğu programın ilan edilen ALES veya eşdeğer puan türünden en az “55” puan alması gerekir. b) Tezli yüksek lisans programına öğrenci kabulünde başarı değerlendirmesi: i. ALES notunun %50’si, ii. Lisans mezuniyet notunun %40’ı, iii. Yabancı Dil Sınavının %10’u*. *Yabancı Dil Puanı bulunan adaylar için. | |

Tezli yüksek lisans programımızdan öğrencilerin tez/yeterlik aşamasına geçebilmesi için, EABD/EASD başkanlığının öngördüğü; en az “42” AKTS kredisi dersten başarılı olmasının yanı sıra, uzmanlık alan dersi ve seminer dersi ile birlikte toplam 60 AKTS kredisi dersten başarılı olmak zorundadır. | |

Beden Eğitimi ve Spor tezli yüksek lisans programının amacı Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı’na bağlı özel ve resmi okullarının çeşitli kademesinde görev yapacak beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmenlerinin hem konu alan bilgisi hem de öğretmenlik alan bilgisi yönünden kendilerini bilimsel anlamda geliştirmelerine, alanında bilime ve topluma katkı sağlayacak yeni bilgiye ulaşmasına ve bunları geliştirmesine, alanın gerektirdiği düzeyde bilgi teknolojileri, teknik ekipman, alana özgü cihaz ve aletler hakkında bilgi sahibi olmasına, alanla ilgili teknolojik, sosyal ve kültürel yenilikleri takip etmesine, beden eğitimi ve spor alanıyla ilişkili edindiği uzmanlık düzeyindeki kuramsal ve uygulamalı bilgilerini kullanmasına ve ayrıca, beden eğitimi ve spor kültürünü her alanda geliştirebilmelerine yardımcı olmaktır.
Beden Eğitimi ve Spor tezli yüksek lisans programı, beden eğitimi ve spor konusundaki öğrenme ve öğretme, bireysel ve toplumsal gelişmeler, fiziksel aktivite ve sağlık boyutlarında uzmanların yetişmesine katkı sağlamak ve araştırmalar yapmak amacıyla beden eğitimi ve sporun, en basit fiziksel aktiviteden insanın sağlıklı gelişimi ve sürdürülebilir bir sağlık ve yaşam için gerekli olacak şekilde alışkanlık haline getirilmiş düzenli harekete kadar geniş bir aralıkta, insan hareketinin nasıl düzenlendiği ve öğrenildiği, organizmanın spor ve harekete uyum mekanizmaları ile bunların çevresel, psikolojik ve sosyal etmenlerle nasıl etkileştiği gibi sorulara bütünsel bir bakış açısı geliştirmesine katkı sağlayacaktır.
Eğitim ve öğretim örgün şekilde gerçekleştirilir. Ayrıca, yükseköğretim kurumları bünyesindeki araştırma merkezleri ve laboratuvarlarda uygulamalı eğitimler yapılır.

(2) Yüksek lisans tezinin savunmasından önce ve düzeltme verilen tezlerde ise düzeltme ile birlikte öğrenci tezini tamamlayarak danışmanına sunar. Danışman tezin savunulabilir olduğuna ilişkin görüşü ile birlikte tezi enstitüye teslim eder. Enstitü söz konusu teze ilişkin intihal yazılım programı raporunu alarak danışmana ve jüri üyelerine gönderir. Rapordaki verilerde gerçek bir intihalin tespiti halinde gerekçesi ile birlikte karar verilmek üzere tez enstitü yönetim kuruluna gönderilir.
(3) Yüksek lisans tez jürisi, tez danışmanı ve ilgili enstitü anabilim/anasanat dalı başkanlığının önerisi ve enstitü yönetim kurulu onayı ile atanır. Jüri, biri öğrencinin tez danışmanı, en az biri de kendi yükseköğretim kurumu dışından olmak üzere üç veya beş öğretim üyesinden oluşur. Jürinin üç kişiden oluşması durumunda ikinci tez danışmanı jüri üyesi olamaz.
(4) Tez çalışmasını tamamlayan öğrenci, tezin istenen sayıda nüshasını tez danışmanına teslim eder. Danışman, tezin yazım kurallarına uygunluğu yönünden yazılı olarak belirttiği görüşü ile tezin nüshalarını anabilim/anasanat/bilim/sanat dalı/program başkanlığı aracılığıyla ilgili enstitüye gönderir.
(5) Jüri üyeleri, söz konusu tezin kendilerine teslim edildiği tarihten itibaren en geç bir ay içinde toplanarak öğrenciyi tez sınavına alır. Tez sınavı, tez çalışmasının sunulması ve bunu izleyen soru-cevap bölümünden oluşur. Tez sınavı, öğretim elemanları, lisansüstü öğrenciler ve alanın uzmanlarından oluşan dinleyicilerin katılımına açık ortamlarda gerçekleştirilir.
(6) Tez sınavının tamamlanmasından sonra jüri tez hakkında salt çoğunlukla kabul, ret veya düzeltme kararı verir. Bu karar enstitü anabilim/anasanat dalı başkanlığınca tez sınavını izleyen üç gün içinde ilgili enstitüye tutanakla bildirilir.
(7) Tezi başarısız bulunarak reddedilen öğrencinin yükseköğretim kurumu ile ilişiği kesilir.
(8) Tezi hakkında düzeltme kararı verilen öğrenci en geç üç ay içinde düzeltmeleri yapılan tezi aynı jüri önünde yeniden savunur. Bu savunma sonunda da başarısız bulunarak tezi kabul edilmeyen öğrencinin yükseköğretim kurumu ile ilişiği kesilir.
Yükseköğretim programlarının niteliğinin gözetilmesi için;
- YÖK, yükseköğretim kurumlarında gerçekleştirilen eğitim ve öğretimle diğer faaliyetlerin planlanması, düzenlenmesi, yönetilmesi ve denetiminden sorumludur.
- YÖK tarafından belirlenen kriterler çerçevesinde her yıl hazırlanan yükseköğretim kurumlarına ait “Üniversite İzleme ve Değerlendirme Raporları” yayımlanır. Bu raporlara göre hazırlanan, yükseköğretim kurumlarına yönelik nicel ve nitel değerlendirmeleri içeren raporlar da YÖK tarafından kamuoyu ile paylaşılır.
- YÖK tarafından her yıl vakıf yükseköğretim kurumlarına ait akademik, idari ve mali verileri içeren “Vakıf Yükseköğretim Kurumları Raporu” yayımlanır. Vakıf yükseköğretim kurumlarına yönelik yapılan nicel ve nitel değerlendirmeleri içeren bu raporlar, YÖK tarafından kamuoyu ile paylaşılır. Yükseköğretimde tezli yüksek lisans programlarının kalite güvencesi şu şekilde sağlanır:
1. Öğretim Programlarının Oluşturulması ve Onaylanması:
1.1. YÖK, yükseköğretim kurumlarında tezli yüksek lisans programlarının açılması için gerekli olan asgari standart ve ölçütleri YÖK belirler.
1.2. Yükseköğretim kurumlarında tezli yüksek lisans programlarının müfredatı ve her bir programın öğrenciye kazandıracağı öğrenme kazanımlarının neler olacağı, YÖK’ün bu konularda belirlediği temel ilkelere uygun olarak yükseköğretim kurumlarının senatoları tarafından belirlenir.
2. Ölçme-Değerlendirme: Her bir tezli yüksek lisans programının öğrenciye kazandıracağı öğrenme kazanımlarının ölçme ve değerlendirmesinin nasıl yapılacağı, YÖK’ün bu konularda belirlediği temel ilkelere uygun olarak yükseköğretim kurumları tarafından hazırlanan eğitim ve öğretim ve sınav yönetmeliğine göre yürütülür.
3. Belgelendirme: Tezli yüksek lisans programlarına kayıtlı öğrenciler, yükseköğretim kurumları tarafından belirlenen ders kredilerini ve diğer yükümlülükleri başarı ile tamamlamaları halinde; tezli yüksek lisans diploması alır.
4. Öz Değerlendirme-Dış Değerlendirme: Yükseköğretim kurumları, sürekli izleme bağlamında, her yılın başında bir önceki yıla ait “Kurum İç Değerlendirme Raporlarını” Yükseköğretim Kalite Kurulu (YÖKAK) tarafından hazırlanan Bilgi Sistemine girer. YÖKAK, yükseköğretim kurumlarının dış değerlendirmesine ilişkin hazırladığı “Kurumsal Geri Bildirim Raporu”nu kamuoyuyla paylaşılır.
