| Access Requirements | The evaluation is made by taking %40 of undergraduate leaving degree and %60 of the exam (ALES) that Higher Education Council (HEC) considers necessary. Within specified quota, the students who enter to this quota by fulfilling the specified conditions are regarded as successful and accepted to the programme. Students admitted to this programme from outside the field is subject to Scientific Preparation Programme. Student admission to Scientific Preparation Programme is as follows: with regard to the scientific preparation programme, attendance, course exams, course notes, conditions for being successful, review of course, the deregistration procedures, and the conditions applied for master s and doctorate courses in the regulations are applied in exactly the same way. Time to pass in the period of scientific preparation is maximum one calendar year. Except for leave off absence, this time cannot be extended. The time spent in this programme cannot be included to the durations of master s and doctoral programmes specified in this regulation. The compulsory courses in scientific preparation programme cannot be replaced with courses that are necessary to complete the concerning post – graduate programme. However, with the decision of the board of the Directors of the Institute, the student in scientific preparation progmamme may take lessons for post – graduate programme as well as preparation lessons. | |
